Family Issues

We all have that family that is completely impossible to handle during a deployment. Some call with crazy questions, demands or wanting information you can't give, or even wanting to be the one to give them the first hug off the plane. They can get a little over whelming. I am lucky in the fact that both sides of my family are or have had ties to the military for a long time. I just want to encourage all of you to set boundaries and don't let the annoyance build. Understand that they don't know and are not accustom to what is acceptable and what isn't. Teach them in the nicest manner possible. Help them to understand. The rule on who gets to hug first is this: If you don't sleep with him or are a product of someone sleeping with him then step back and WAIT YOUR TURN.
